Heart Disease is a killer, it can strike at virtually any age although it is rare in younger people. Whilst most diagnosis will occur in middle age the disease will be so far advanced that treatment may not be beneficial, leading to dangerous and expensive surgery. To avoid problems in later life it is best to be aware of the tell-tale signs of heart disease.

This brief guide is intended to help you spot the signs of heart disease, and to highlight the importance of protecting yourself, family and friends. Education of the younger generation is doubly important where early bad habits become lifetime rituals.
